As more and more people attend the gatherings

As more and more people attend the gatherings, the need for Volunteers increase, we must get people willing to help in order that we can continue having the gatherings. Please find an area listed below and email us at oklachahta@igalaxy.net

We need a "Volunteer Coordinator" to arrange the times and needs for volunteers

This is to set up the tents, shades, mark off for the vendors, etc, place signs, all the prep work for the grounds -

_____ Parking - This will be for parking of the campers, vendors (Friday night & cars on Saturday

_____ I would like to help Cook Saturday meal

_____ I would like to Serve the Saturday meal

_____ I would like to work in a food booth Hamburger/snow cone I can give _______hours

_____ I would like to work in Okla Chahta's Choctaw items booth

_____ I would like to assist in the Class for teaching "How to cook Choctaw Food"

_____ I would like to Get advertisers/donations from Business in my area

_____ I would like to help with Making the cookbook by Pre-selling the book, selling

advertisements from my local area business

_____ I would like to help Clean up - After the gathering on Sunday, the grounds, take down the tents, etc.

_____ I would like to make a financial donation

Please send any donation before the gathering so that they can be used to purchase needed supplies

The "California Gathering" is put on solely by Okla Chahta Clan of California, Inc. We are a Non-Profit organization with very minimal funding. Without people willing to volunteer their time, and donate financially there can be NO gathering. If we all give as little as 30 - 1 hour everyone can enjoy the gathering.
